24 Athletic Club is EXPANDING!!!








24 Athletic Club is in the process of expanding!! With our expansion will come a variety of great group exercise classes. We will be offering everything from Yoga and Pilates to Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics, and our very own Training Camps (similar to a Boot Camp)! The staff at 24 want to know what classes you would like. Come to the club front desk to sign-up and let us know which classes you may be interested in. There will be a place for your suggestions as well!

Group Exercise
Class Descriptions
Ab Attack
An intense 15-minute class focusing on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and lower back.
Butts & Guts
A sculpting class focusing on the core muscles including abs, glutes, hip flexors and extensors.
Cardio Kickboxing
A class featuring kickboxing techniques choreographed in combinations, with a primary focus on cardiovascular benefit.

“Commit to be Fit” Cardio Challenge
A boot camp style cardio class that will have you running, jumping, squatting and sweating. Fun and effective way to incorporate cardio into your fitness routine!

Muscle Madness
A whole new craze! A total body workout that focuses on the small and large muscle group. It uses various equipment to increase strength and your metabolism, so come on…join in the fun!

On the Ball
A sculpting class using the stability ball and medicine balls. Challenging enough for advanced weight lifters but also simple enough for the beginner. This class emphasizes the core muscles.

Pilates
A conditioning program that helps improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, muscle strength and tone. Pilates exercises target the abdomen, back and buttocks.

Step & Sculpt
A moderate- to high-intensity class that involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform using various stepping combinations in addition to using weights, body bars and other props to strengthen and tone all major muscles groups.

Training Camp
An intense whole-body workout, incorporating all aspects of sports performance from strength-training and cardio to core-training and agility drills.

Yoga
A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and Yoga body postures.
