Expansion Update

24 Athletic Club will soon have an final list of exercise classes and times! Pricing will also be available shortly. Thank you to everyone who put their names on our initial group sign-up sheet! There will be many fun new ways to stay in shape. We are very excited about our new addition and are excited for you to see it finished.

24 Athletic Club is EXPANDING!!!








24 Athletic Club is in the process of expanding!! With our expansion will come a variety of great group exercise classes. We will be offering everything from Yoga and Pilates to Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics, and our very own Training Camps (similar to a Boot Camp)! The staff at 24 want to know what classes you would like. Come to the club front desk to sign-up and let us know which classes you may be interested in. There will be a place for your suggestions as well!

Group Exercise
Class Descriptions
Ab Attack
An intense 15-minute class focusing on exercises to strengthen the abdominals and lower back.
Butts & Guts
A sculpting class focusing on the core muscles including abs, glutes, hip flexors and extensors.
Cardio Kickboxing
A class featuring kickboxing techniques choreographed in combinations, with a primary focus on cardiovascular benefit.

“Commit to be Fit” Cardio Challenge
A boot camp style cardio class that will have you running, jumping, squatting and sweating. Fun and effective way to incorporate cardio into your fitness routine!

Muscle Madness
A whole new craze! A total body workout that focuses on the small and large muscle group. It uses various equipment to increase strength and your metabolism, so come on…join in the fun!

On the Ball
A sculpting class using the stability ball and medicine balls. Challenging enough for advanced weight lifters but also simple enough for the beginner. This class emphasizes the core muscles.

Pilates
A conditioning program that helps improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, muscle strength and tone. Pilates exercises target the abdomen, back and buttocks.

Step & Sculpt
A moderate- to high-intensity class that involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform using various stepping combinations in addition to using weights, body bars and other props to strengthen and tone all major muscles groups.

Training Camp
An intense whole-body workout, incorporating all aspects of sports performance from strength-training and cardio to core-training and agility drills.

Yoga
A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and Yoga body postures.

Kid's Summer Camps



24 Athletic Club is offering 6 different summer camps through June and July including a Kid’s All-Star Camp, a Kid’s Survival Camp, and a Kid’s Fitness Camp. Campers will be given a unique athletic experience with the opportunity to enhance their skills, participate in a wide variety of sports, learn fun fitness and nutrition ideas, and HAVE FUN!!! Each camp will be led by a staff of certified personal trainers and volunteers. Camps will be offered for children ages 5-8 and children ages 9-12. Sign-ups will be limited to 15 kids per camp.

Days: Mon.– Thurs.
Time: 9a.m.– 12p.m.
Cost: $100
What to bring: sack lunch *water will be provided

Springhill's 2nd Annual Running Clinic



Spring is one of the best times to get back to a regular running routine! 24 Athletic Club is hosting its 2nd annual spring running clinic just for you! This clinic is designed for anyone who needs a little extra motivation to get started. Both beginners and experts are invited to attend. All members and non-members are welcome! Runners meet every Tuesday night at 6 p.m. There is no cost for this clinic.

Genesis Sports Performance


Genesis Sports is an intense and unique training cycle that will create athletes. All athletes who come through the program will train like Division I athletes and the Pros. Each training regimen is similar to what is expected at the collegiate or professional level. Genesis Sports creates a high octane atmosphere with expert staff who are trained to motivate each participant in accomplishing goals and meeting specific sport needs. The program emphasizes positive self-esteen, positive character, ethics, accountability, and core values. We offer training to all age groups who want to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Also, an emphasis is placed on injury prevention and post-rehabilitation care. At Genesis Sports, the athlete is like family. Our staff cares about each individual, and all of our participnats are treated like elite athletes. We are a transformation, and you WILL see change.
